After earning a bachelorís degree in civil engineering from the University of Louisville,
Art Bryant worked as a construction manager for PepsiCo, Inc. in California for a decade. After that, he managed multi-housing property acquisition, development and construction in Florida and Arizona for Granada Construction Corp. and General Tekton, Inc.
Art is a certified general contractor in Florida, and holds the appraisal Review Certification from the Appraisal Institute.
Art served an assistant vice president in the commercial divisions of Center Bank Florida in Longwood and First of America Bank in Tampa. During those five years, he reviewed collateral and appraisals, and administered $50 million and $100 construction loan portfolios at each bank, respectively.
Art was development manager for the Sarasota Bay Club luxury retirement community and served as an adviser to Consultech in Tampa on mid- and high-rise structure, water management, civil and site issues. As vice president of development feasibility for National Constructors, Inc., he was involved in the analysis of 14 properties of various types.
As a managing member of Development Logistics Group, he is active in the commercial sector of real estate development and as a consultant to the banking community.
